Unprofessional approach. Process was started by senior recruiter of Dimension Data who setup the interview first with the Director followed by technical discussion with the panel. Interview panelists were very professional. I was told that the interview result is positive and was even described about the salary structure of Dimension data. I was told that in another day or two I will be receiving the proposed salary card. Its been more than 2 weeks and if I call him he disconnects the call. I sent him an email and for which the response was that the position for which hiring is going on will get delayed and is on hold and he is not sure about the time duration till the position may get delayed. My concern here is if the position is not confirmed and hiring any candidate for the position is not guaranteed, why is the recruitment team setting up interview ? Please respect the time of candidates and please setup interviews only when it is guaranteed that the position is vacant and has to be filled in by someone. At least if its not confirmed please be professional enough by not letting candidate know about the result of interview. Attitude that people will anyway come for interview is not right, please change the mindset.

overall good, hr was great to help, 3 rounds are there. salary negotiation happen at all stages all depends on last round avp or director present in call help to get through this process
