After applying on their website, they called after a month for an interview. The actual interview was done remotely. There interview was a one on one ( there was one panelist). Technical and Non-technical questions were asked. The interview wasn’t too long, it was an hour long.

Sono stato accettato al colloquio e mi hanno inviato il contratto di preassunzione. Alla fornitura dei documenti richiesti mi dicono che la posizione è stata sospesa tramite whatsapp . Non permettono un incontro in ufficio
Interviewer: Can you tell me about a time when you had to overcome a challenge at work?
Candidate: Sure, in my previous role, we faced a tight deadline for a project. I organized team meetings, delegated tasks efficiently, and stayed late to ensure we met the deadline successfully.

The interview was smooth, but with multiple steps. I was only able to reach step 3/4, and while I missed the opportunity, I appreciated the chance.
There's is a balance between people skills and technical skills.
