First round was aptitude, logical reasoning, and basic programming concepts, all questions were mcq, test was taken on AMCAT.
Shortlisted students were invited for the next round of interview process. It was quite hectic, the whole day we gave around 5-6 rounds of f2f interview, and at the end of the day, got rejected.
It would be very beneficial for students if the companies gave feedback about what was lagging that got us rejected.

Candidate: Sure, in my previous role, we faced a tight deadline for a project. I organized team meetings, delegated tasks efficiently, and stayed late to ensure we met the deadline successfully.

The interview was smooth, but with multiple steps. I was only able to reach step 3/4, and while I missed the opportunity, I appreciated the chance.
There's is a balance between people skills and technical skills.
