I applied online and was contacted a few days later by HR. I spent 20 minutes talking about the position, what to expect, and we even discussed salary. The person seemed really enthusiastic in general, and sounded excited about my resume. I was told that a technical interview would be scheduled as soon as our call was over. I e-mailed the HR employee, thanking them for taking the time to speak with me. No response. I followed up a few days later, and still nothing! This company sounds like they actually take care of their employees, but I'm honestly turned off by how disorganized and flighty their HR department is.
