1.They gave a Simple business requirement depending on experience levels and gave a paper and pen to actually write a skeleton of the code .
2. Round 2-more discussion face to face went on ,more concentrated about the project details and your role in the project .
3.Round 3 is a managerial with a simple technical discussion

The interview was smooth, they hire people through consulting firms. They are good but if you do not have the documents ready or correct and If you ask them for time to gather the documents they'll not give time.
Interview process was straight forward, 2 rounds of technical interview in which 1 of it has scenario based questions like which integration pattern suits the best for a particular scenario.
