Very disjointed recruiting process. Did not set up an interview with a senior hiring manager, or even a manager in the correct group based on experience. No follow up. No one seems to be able to clearly articulate how the integration into NTT Data will affect roles. Feels much more like a contract job than a place to build a career.

Quite straightforward, they ask some business questions. You need to show your knowledge of the company. Not a hard process. I had calls and in person meetings.

There are 2 rounds of technical interviews where the questions are around Integration experience and flow automations. The candidate should be hands-on experience with developing LWC components and Apex triggers,

First round was for around 30 minutes and i was asked to write a trigger on Account and Contact , also some apex level questions and Admin level. After that i was got the Manager level call and after that the offer
