After submitting documents (education, CV, research) you need to write about a two page research statement describing the research topic from the position description and showcasing your research capabilities. After that is a presentation of your research statement to hiring managers and an interview about the research plans and your experience.

The project's supervisor and the department's HR conducted the interview. First, HR introduced the university and the department. Then, I was asked to present my MSc. thesis briefly. After that, HR started asking general questions, considering my enthusiasm. Then, the supervisor started asking technical questions. Ultimately, I was given a chance to ask my questions.
