There were two calls with a recruiter, the recruiter was fairly organized, followed by a call with a non-technical manager. He was alright, despite not having development experience. Developers are siloed horizontally with more people in the management team than the development team; development is disorganized. I liked the guy I interviewed with, but the overall structure is toxic and non-supportive. Pay is acceptable, but it's not a position worth taking.
People manager did not ask me one question at all related to development.
