Started with a phone screen from HR. Afterwards, I spoke with the lab manager via phone, then about a week later a video interview with the other two members of the team. A lot of personality questions. I actually did not receive a ton of technical questions. They were very easy-going. I ended up withdrawing my application after accepting another position.
