Sit in face to face interview taken by 5 to 7 interviewers who question and interrogate the candidate on random issues for around 10 minutes to get an idea of the candidate's psyche and compatibility.

In person they asked questions. It was face to face. They asked about academic results. Then went on. Telling us on why we would want to join their company. And how would they be benefited.
