After submitting a cover letter and resume, a Skype interview may or may not be offered where you will then gave days and times you would be available. Once the day and time is confirmed a 25-30 minute interview will take place. The interview started with the interviewer asking what I know about NOVA- then proceeded to give me a brief introduction to NOVA. After that I was asked about my previous work experience, why I want to teach, and why in Japan. After this I was asked to explain the difference between borrow and lend. And then did a role play which then concluded the interview.
