Interviewed by Different Engineering Managers, they showed you around the company and they explain you what they are looking on an Engineer and what the expect from future engineers for this company.
It started with a phone call where they asked if I wanted to come in for an interview. Then the HR department contacted me for a meeting about the next steps in the process, what I could expect in terms of salary, and who I would be talking to. After that, I was contacted by the department manager of the team I would be working with, and I got more information about the position — what they were looking for from me, what I was interested in, and we had a good conversation about the job.

What kind of work are you interested in, and how do you see yourself contributing?
Half hour zoom screening asking basic questions about schoolwork curriculum, research, extra curricular involvement and personality screening questions.
2nd interview in person, 2 hour in depth discussion of experience and asked about 10 FE questions to be solved on a whiteboard without external information.

Derivation of hoop stress from a hypothetical circular inner wall pressure vessel using constants known and basic geometric dimensions of the problem.
Basic behavioral questions. Interview was pretty straight forward. Depending on the manager they might ask some technical questions.
