Applied through an agency, was scheduled for a phone interview. The person was 15 minutes late to call me. Annoying but life happens. Then everything went downhill. She proceeded to talk to me like i was Amazon's Siri or something. She had absolutely no conversation or interest in the interview. She began to read off a bullet point list, "Can you do this".."Do you know how to do this"......"can you do this" I responded with yes or no answers because thats all she would allow. I was crushed, i prepped and researched for nothing. The call was over in less than 5 minutes. If you treat your supply chain and inventory hiring process with the same level of consideration you would place on buying a cup of coffee you wont get very good employees. Glad i never received a follow up.
