You'll have direct email correspondence with the CEO to setup a meeting as there is no HR department at this company or they were not present during the process. Good questioning from the CEO.
Their website makes the company appear like a large organisation which is not the case. When I arrived onsite the office was dead there was literally 1 staff around except the 1985 renovations.
CEO will not give you the curtesy of your application status. You won’t receive any notice.

Question 1
You'll be asked to write a 45 page hand written test about systems design from a Microsoft perspective. You'll have less than 60 minutes to complete. Seeing how’s there’s no mention of the test prior to the interview and the short time limit this is unprofessional.
