The recruiter never showed up to the interview. When she responded to me the day after the initial interview, she had said she was sick and that a colleague was supposed to cover for her. She then proceeded to tell me that she wouldn’t reschedule the interview because they already filled the role. It was a complete waste of time and the situation was handled unprofessionally.

I had a phone screen and then was invited in to meet with 3 different people on the leadership team. I spoke to two people I would be working with in capacities related to my role, and was also able to ask them questions that I had about what was expected of me and what they thought success for my role would look like.
