Very long but very important as a HCA you are the eyes and ears of the hospital so need to be assessed throughly to ensure you are the best candidate for the job.

Arrived 15 minutes early so had to wait in the break room until they were ready but they still managed to see me a bot earlier than my slot. It was quite a short interview and only lasted about 10 minutes.

Face to face interview, situations based questions, probably five or six questions in total. Same repetitive questions on the basis of care or support. I followed some you tube videos to cover the interview

Entretien
There are two interviewees. One may come from the HR department and the other from the clinic. They asked questions together and recorded your performance. The whole process lasts about 30 minutes.

There are about 6 main questions and 3 questions based on your answer. The questions includes: why this job, why this hospital, describe situation that you need to do a teamwork, describe how to make improvement, scenario question.
