about specific terminology
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez NHS (Londres, Angleterre) en déc. 2018
Entretien
The interview was over Skype as I was abroad at the time. It was both competency based and behavioral, wasn't meant to be stressful so there are no curveballs, they don't ask for a specific answer but rather look at how you reason within a given situation. Obviously knowledge around confidentiality and risk is expected to a certain degree, but nothing beyond what you wouldn't have learned in your psychology undergrad.
