J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez NHS (York, Angleterre) en mai 2016
Entretien
Group interview, after initial explanations, the interviewees (4-5) were sent to individual tables and were interviewed one to one by 6 interviewers, who each MOVED (speed dating style) TO the interviewee, who remained seated, each interviewer had two questions for answering, with ancillary/ follow-up questions, dependant upon the initial answer, and 5 minutes in which to answer them,
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Questions were slightly repetitive, trying to "attack" the "questions" from different angles and could be considered systematic/ generic rather than job specific.

Good experience I felt they weee friendly and very short but I felt they just were doing a tick box instead of selling myself , I met the team went around the ward and that sort of thing so I’m very pleased
Applied on the NHS jobs website, where I filled out personal information and wrote why I was a suitable fit for the role and how I match the criteria for the role. Consisted of a series of questions relevant to the duties of the role being applied for.
I had filled out my application and proofed it and then I submitted it. The application was extremely straight forward and I would recommend it to anyone. You are able to view your application process
