Was asked to do an assignment before interview was arranged. Via phone call and asked to confirm the date during the call. Interview is in-person with hiring manager and direct manager(s). In small meeting room so it was quite casual and informal. Nothing out of the ordinary.

It was done via teams meeting, an email was sent from HR to meet with the director and other members of the team that I will be joining. It was quite simple.
