It's a very easy process. HR will just take a group interview and select you for the next round, where you need to write an essay as per your choice and need to give a typing test. Then the manager will take the interview where you will get finally selected.

It was three round interview first the HR round, then the typing test atleast you have 20 wpm and essay writing , topic will be your choice. In final round manager will take the interview.
