Applied online as this is how all applications are processed, Couple of basic online courses. Then got a telephone call and got asked some more basic questions about what inspires me in general etc. Then I got invited to a 1:1 interview and got asked pretty standard retail questions and if I can see any big issues in the store that need resolving straight away. And finally waited for a phone call that offered me the job.

Apply online and then invited for a interview. If this is for a senior position you may be interviewed by an area manager and a store manager or a member of the learning and development team. They may get you to a presentation.
Very detailed and was able to ask questions. Well liked and was a pleasant place to interview. The difficulty was average so maybe more than average but so very good.

had a phone call with a manager who conducted themselves in a professional manner and made me feel very comfortable in the interview. got offered a cup of coffee from the receptionist but then told her sure I'm on the phone.
