Applied online and the process took around 30-40 minutes, got a phone after two days and had a phone interview for 10-15 minutes and after the phone interview I was simply asked to go in for an assessment in store the next day. The interview on the phone went very well and they were very polite. When going to the in store assessment I asked for the person that's doing the interview and she took me into the staff room. Went through the process of what I should or not do when getting assign. Then I simply had to sign the paper. The assessment took 30 minutes and they simply just want to see how you approach customers, tidy the place and ask questions if you want to know something. After the assessment, she took my passport and waited for about 5-10 minutes and then got asked to go through to admin room. First she gave me £10 cash and £10 voucher and I had to sign that I have received it. Then she told me that I was successful. Have to go online and accept terms and conditions to start work and you get paid induction

Online telephone call got asked 4 interview questions and the person I had was nice. She asked for availability first then went onto the interview questions.Was said to recieve a call but never did.

Entretien
Online application followed by a telephone interview with the store manager. I was asked 3 interview questions, listed below, I was then invited to a store assessment 2 days later. At the assessment I was asked to approach customers, tidy the store and choose an outfit for a girl who is a tomboy. The store assessment lasted an hour. I was given a £10 gift card and the manager told me I would be contacted by email, however I received a phone call offering me the job as soon as I left. Attended induction the following day and started a week later.
