Straightforward interview, asked about previous experience in retail and asked me about how i would deal with a few different customer scenarios like difficult customer, needing directions, wanting to return something

Telephone interview with competency questions, followed by in-person interview. At the in-person interview, I was asked some more questions, and then had to walk around the store and pick out an outfit and try to sell it to the person interviewing me
Really quick and swift, spoke about a lot of what would take place and how to be a customer service assistant. Enjoyed the interview. I would say, they did expand more as I went through another stage.
