Few questions that were straight forward, found out about myself, the role, what the hours and team was like. After it was standard sales questions which lead into situational questions and how I might act.

I applied, a week later I was called to arrange an interview phone call, then I had the call the next day. After the interview phone call i was invited into the store to do a in store assessment. I picked an outfit, worked on the shop floor and worked with the packages. After i got a 10 pound gift card and was told I got the job. You need to make sure you are really smiley and friendly.

On the phone they asked "tell me one way you helped a person recently" and "tell me about yourself" .

I have applied so many times but they never accept my CV. No interview. But I would keep trying. And I even changed my CV three times so I’m not sure what they need.
It was a good interview, standard questions like what are your strengths etc and then a live trial 'shift' for 30 mins assisting customers. The latter was a bit tricky as it seemed a spur of the moment decision
