First stage - Screening interview with the HR Second stage - Interview with two Senior managers They were asking some scripted questions looking at a paper. I was told I will get a feedback within a week regarding the outcome of the interview . (Which I have not received up to this date) No response to my emails or calls. NEXT, It would be nice to give a feedback without keeping your candidates in the dark. Very poor communication
