Group interview and exercises. During the process you have a one to one interview and some team building exercises to show you can work together and also upsell products. This involved attempting to sell a product they brought in to a customer in role play scenario.

Easy and straight forward interview process was emailed and invited to schedule an interview / assessment. Was asked a series of questions then had a trial shift for the day
