I contacted the company directly, and was told about a job post available that hadn't been put online yet. I was given an induction immediately because of the effort I had went to in finding a job. After an hour and a half, I was asked some questions about Next and the role, but it was all very much easy and I was given a comfortable environment to answer.

Folded clothes and put on hangers, more a test of composure and basic motor ability. Job accepted, fair pace to it but get the hang of it or near enough target after a while

Interviewed for stock room assistant. Straightforward interview with store assistant manager, met the stock room manager afterwards. Was offered the job the same day. Don't think I had to give references but was one of my first jobs years ago.
