Extremely easy. It was a telephone interview asking basic questions which was to be expected. I did put in a lot of detail and did go on to mention experiences to back my points up.
I was offered the job on the end of the phone, the lady mentioned not needing a face to face. I accepted on the spot.

Entretien
Very short telephone interview for a part-time position, assessed motivational fit and a brief self-reflection. The interview was less than 10 minutes long, and came about 30 minutes after I had submitted an application.

Entretien
Telephone interview then invited for an assessment a few days later where I was in the stockroom and sales floor. Also spoke with the manager and asked me general questions to get to know me a bit better.
Someone phoned me and asked me a few questions about my prior experience and what I know about Next as a company, was very friendly and overall a good experience. I was then invited to a practical assessment.
