The first round of interviews was done by my future manager and the second round of interviews consisted of 4 interviews with each of the team members for 30 minutes, back to back.

The interview process was straightforward. There was an initial phone call interview with standard questions about experience and educational background. It was followed by an in-person interview at the office where I met some of the team members. They asked about previous projects and the impact made on those projects.

We had a written test... aptitude as well as technical, and then followed by the technical and managerial rounds. Each round was one on one. Written test for 1.5 hours.
