During the first phone call with the recruiter, I have answered some basic questions related to the position I was interested in. The second phone interview was setup with the manager responsible for the team. The position required extensive traveling which I was not willing to commit to - we did not reach agreement to continue the interview process.

Interview went great. Interviewed twice back-to-back with two different managers. Both of them were very nice and helpful. Got to go into headquarters. Overall, I thought it went very well. However, nobody ever reached out to me again, even after I followed up with the recruiter. They never responded to me, even to tell me I didn’t get the job. I’ll never know if I got the job or not. I’m guessing at this point I didn’t, but the ghosting was quite a turn off. A few if my friends who interviewed or even work at NCR have had similar experiences with HR. They seem to be incompetent and unwilling to do their job. Don’t waste your time interviewing at headquarters.
