The interview process was pretty long. Went through 4 rounds before they decided to offer me a letter. The interview itself was long. Each taking around 1 hour to get through. There was also long pause between interviews.

informal and friendly . open but no structure. Inviting environment . put at ease quickly . but not many questions for me. tv and film bias, IT seems to have no firm strategy or awareness
