J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez NBCUniversal en mars 2009
Entretien
The interview was not terribly difficult. We discussed my resume and my technical skills. The interview was primarily in a behavioral format with lot's of "give me an example" questions. After the initial interview I had a second interview over the phone with someone in an adjacent area of the company.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Give a specific example of a time when you used good judgment and login in solving a problem.
They were rude from the start challenging my work experience and ghosting many applicants which is ballsy for a company thag offers low compensation. Gave job offer but refused because of work culture and employees
I had a quick screening with a recruiter and moved onto an interview with the manager the following week. Since then I have not had any updates and I have tried to reach out to the recruiters but no response. I don't understand why recruiters keep doing this but it is incredibly rude and unprofessional to ghost. This is like the 6th time in my overall job hunting process this has happened. I expected better from a place like NBC. Especially for someone affected by layoffs, it would mean a lot if you guys can **please be human and respond**. Especially if a candidate is reaching out for updates like holy cheese it's that simple.

3 different interviews. First with recruiter, hiring manager, then HR. As long as you know how to sell yourself, you should be fine. Basic background check. whole process took about 2-3 weeks
