I applied to the Page Program three times. The second time, I made it through all three interview stages. I received a cold, automated turn-down e-mail; when I reached out to my interviewer, she told me should could not provide any feedback, but encouraged me to apply again. Once I did in a future cycle, I politely and professionally e-mailed the contact who encouraged me to apply again; she completely ghosted me. I shortly after received a cold, automated turn-down e-mail. This is inhumane; young recent college graduates think they need to tolerate this grossly unprofessional approach to external hiring. Know your worth - I know mine - and run away. Find somewhere that will treat you with respect before an offer is made.

My first interview for the page program was a one on one interview that was pleasant and informative. I was called back for the second round which took place at an "Apprentice" like table where there were approx 7 interviewees and 5 interviewers. Some questions were asked to all of us, some were just for one person and they asked questions like, what did you do to prepare for the interview today. It was the most stressful interview I've had to date.
