It was a 3 stage interview process. First stage was a call with the HR department. Second stage was a chat with the hiring manager. Third stage was a group interview with the team you would be working with.

Applied online via their website and a few hours later received an email to complete two online assessments. One was personality based and the other was cognitive based.
Once I had completed the assessments, a recruiter based in the US reached out to set up a telephone interview.
Telephone interview lasted about 20 mins and was basically just running through my experience and how it fits in with the role.
So the telephone interview was a success and was then invited to the office for a face to face interview with the head of department and a member of his team. It was generally a good interview, didn’t feel like any question was too difficult to answer. Interview was competency based and asked questions about my experience, projects I’ve worked on and what I knew about the company.
After my interview I never heard from them again! Basically found I wasn't successful because I saw the job had been re-advertised. I was very disappointed they didn't bother contacting me because I had taken time off for work to attend and the office is based in Richmond so the journey took just over an hour.

Recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin, so I applied. She was very friendly and informative. I applied online and did the assessment; one part was personality based and the other cognitive. Afterwards, did a phone screening with the recruiter. Lastly had to do an assessment verification which was proctored and they retest you on the initial assessment, again. I thought this was a bit extra on their part but I did it anyway. It was quite difficult for me as i'm not big on math and there was TONS of math on the assessment. Felt like an SAT. Not sure what it had to do with the actual job at all. I get the feeling that they're quite picky (which they have every right to be I suppose) as the job posting has been up for a super long time. Hope they find the candidate they're looking for.
