Got a referral from a friend working at the company. Filled out an online application. Had an initial interview with a recruiter, followed by a personality test and something akin to an IQ test. Had an in person interview with the team I'd be working with and then an interview with department director. Then got hired.

After the online application was submitted, I received email notification to take 2 pre-screening evaluations through 3rd party program that identified personality type and math skill level. There were 2 phone interviews: one with a recruiter, the next with the manage. Lastly, there was the final in-person interview with key employees.
