Submitted my resume via Glassdoor.com and within two days I was asked to take an initial psychological evaluation to determine if I was a potential candidate (worth being contacted). Within a day after completing the evaluation, I was contacted by NAVEX to request a phone interview. Turns out it wasn't an interview as much as a 30 minute call from an entry level HR representative who reads prepared questions from a worksheet.
