The recruiter was very standoffish, non responsive, and ultimately did not provide any feedback after I got rejected. I received a standard rejection email after having gone through multiple rounds of interviews. As someone in the recruiting industry, there needs to be more candidate care, especially when they have invested so much time interviewing and preparing.
