I was contacted by the recruiter, went through 3 interviews, spent 5 hours on doing an assignment for which I had 48 hours to do and then got ghosted... reached out to try to get a response and no response.... If that is there attitude I would totally stay away. If you treat your candidates like that, how do you treat your employees?
