J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez NARS Cosmetics en mars 2019
Entretien
Applied online, email next day to set up interview. Skype interview. Trade test wrong information given. Time and location wrong. Follow up interview never happened dispute my attempt to find out. Nothing to say I was unsuccessful just left not knowing. Apparently I had been "attempted" to be contacted. This never happened as nothing was on my phone or emails. Then a phone call time frame was set up and I received no call that day.
So as I said was just left not knowing. Could have easily said in the email that the phone call was set up in that i was unsuccessful but obviously not.
First phone interview with counter manager Then interview (with store manager and counter manager) Then makeup skills test (with area manager and lead artist) Finally Store approval (with store manager where counter is based)

Question 1
Why do you want to work for NARS? What experience do you have?
J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez NARS Cosmetics
Entretien
Quick and easy. Applied via email, had a chat then had to have a trial (makeover)
Quiet day so the staff were watching my every move. Nerve wracking when you’re trying to concentrate on a makeover and being timed and critiqued. Put me off
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez NARS Cosmetics (Londres, Angleterre) en avr. 2019
Entretien
3 interviews including face to face, makeup test and trial shift.
Most ridiculous interview process I've ever been through. Unprofessional and a waste of time. I love Nars as a makeup brand and have used it for years but not so sure after this experience. The process is so long winded, I had 3 interviews all at least 2 weeks apart from each other. When following up I never received a response. I wouldn't mind if I didn't get offered the job but at least give feedback, especially after that many interviews.
