Not ok as the interviewer were not in a state of conducting anything let alone an interview,he was continuously scratching his ear and not bothered to actually get to know the candidate

Initial phone screen with recruiter who tried to sell me on a position that was junior to my experience and salary requirements. 4 weeks after declining next steps on an AM position, was asked to meet with the CEO for a potential position they'd create. Met with CEO, went well. Has been crickets with no follow up since. Reqs have been reposted over and over. Based on my industry knowledge of N2S, and this personal experience would never consider working here.
