The interview process was smooth overall. I had around 4 rounds starting with an initial recruiter discussion for background and motivation. This was followed by Hiring Leader interview where my background and skillset were discussed. The third round involved a case study which went well for me and the interviewer was quite a sport. This was followed by a final round with the Head of Business Operations which went amazing for me. At this moment, I was just expecting an offer as the interviews went great and I was quite confident. But after about 10 days, I got a very generic email or rejection without any relevant feedback for what went wrong. This ruined the entire positive experience they created earlier as they didn't care to provide feedback to someone who got eliminated at the last stage.

It was smooth and Katie Drover the operation managed/hiring manager is an awesome lady, she's super friendly and deserves all the best . Nothing really to add. I will of course keep an eye on their job listings
