Very negative and disrespectful experience.
I applied through their website and scheduled a call with the product strategist. He had some general questions but when we went to the "problem solving" questions that's where things got weird. He first asked me to calculate when they would break even based on some variables. He replied to my answer "OK. Let me ask you something easier." and then asked the sum of all numbers between 0 & 100. I am not sure if it was his purpose to throw me off my game but that is definitely not an easier problem. I got nervous, failed to answer that question and I knew the interview process was over. A couple of days later, however, they send me an assignment to do at home. I put a lot of effort in it (+5h) to be rejected after all without getting any feedback. I tried to get feedback, but they never replied to my emails.
If we have to pay 2 euros for each ATM withdrawal & we earn 0.17% on each transaction someone does with their card, how much money does a customer need to spend to be break-even?

The first interview was an HR screening round, around 30'. Did not continue to the next rounds, so I am not sure or remember what would follow. Standard questions, a bit of let's get it done attitude, no real desire to explain the role from an internal point of view

Question 1
Normal CV related question, nothing out of place for an HR inteview
Straightforward and relevant questions. Market sizing and market entry part of the interview questions that were asked. Overall it was straightforward compared to other processes. Had multiple interviews over the course of many days.

It consist of your application and then various interview rounds. First with recruitment and then with the hiring manager. Potentially there can be some assessments. I have just spoken to the recruiter about my experience.
