1st interview with the manager and director. 2nd interview with the VP and director. It was a smooth easy process. Conversation style that facilitated idea sharing and a great way to get to know leaders and hear their thoughts of the business.

Had three calls. First introduction and they were very interested in who I am as a person, what moves me and what does not. Didn't look at my resume at all. The second call was about what I did, my ambition and what I want to learn. The third call was basically a negotiation about the contract.
