The interview process was pretty typical. Had a screen interview, which was followed by an in-person interview. After the in-person interview, there was one more phone interview with the Director.

The interview process was fair and straightforward, I had several phone calls with the hiring manager before coming into the office and meeting the team. The team communicated what was expected of me and what I would be doing in the role throughout the process, and being months into the job, I can say the job description was very accurate. The interview process only took a couple of weeks in total, so I greatly appreciated the conciseness and quick communication.
