Had a "surprise" phone call (I was warned about by a former employee) One interview, and was offered the job that Friday. It was pretty straight forward. The interviewer (HR Manager) is a germophobe, and refused to shake hands. I would have never hired someone like that to a position that interacts with people on a daily basis. She should be working in a factory or something on an assembly line.
