Group interview. Very easy icebreaker activities. Group work task to see how well you work as a team. Ie - you are on a deserted island, which items would you take with you. Sell us this one. Followed by a one on one interview.

Quite an easy going process, the manager is quite friendly usually asking about previous retail experience, customer service capability. The interview is just 1-on-1 and just answer questions truthfully and respectfully.
