Interviews are held online via a website that allows you to record yourself answering questions. The recording has a limited number or attempts and a timer to ensure you don't go over the time. You are asked general questions about your motivations for tutoring, how you would improve on tutoring and are asked to show how you would teach a topic. The topic must be picked from a list given to you.

In interview process is straight forward, after a short eligibility check they ask you three question you answer online. The question centred around why you want to tutor and a practical demonstration of your tutoring. They reviewed and reply very quickly.
