Written Exam, HR Round and Manager Round. Written Exam is simple and basics of English and aptitude they will be asking. HR round will also be simple and final selection will be in the hands of Manager . They would be checking about our Basic Communication in local language . Profile will also including Marketing of Loans and insurance Targets.

It was lenient and i personally believe that with good communication skills everyone can crack the interview .Always empathize on providing value to organization .The pay is also good .but remember they have 2-year employment bond system.
