The interview process took about 2 weeks: 1. Intro with Recruiter 2. Interview with VP of Platform (manager of the team) 3. Interview with team + technical interview 4. Offer It honestly didn't feel much like interview, but rather a conversation about a really interesting platform they are building. Loved the vibe of all calls, never felt like I was interrogated, which is quite common, especially during tech interviews Got hooked with the platform they're building, loved the team and accepted the offer There was 1 problem during the process — an interviewer missed a call and we needed to reschedule it — but apart from that no problem
