Entretien
First was a phone interview. Then was a face to face interview with two senior engineers. I had to deliver a presentation about the company, my skills, and motivation. Then some standard strength based questions. Then some technical questions about power engineering, transformers, and substations.

Describe how electricity is generated, transmitted, and distributed to your home? Calculate the apparent power, when given certain parameters.

Entretien
Applied online through the company website then followed by a simple online assessment. After that, I received a phone call from HR to arrange an online interview. The HR team was very helpful and responded to my queries quickly. The interviewer was friendly and encouraging, making the whole experience enjoyable.

Tell me about a time when you worked in a team.
Start with a presentation about the comany and youself then behaviour and technical questions.
Introduction followed by HR/behavioural questions. Further questions about motivation to work in the whole and interests in technical areas. After the two interviews had complete thier parts I was able to ask questions about the role and graduate programme.
